How to Share a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Windpoliticians Septic aims for fair and honest dealings with every homeowner who makes contact. Please let us know when something goes wrong. This page describes how to make a complaint and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Concerns You Can Bring to Us
You can raise a complaint about:
- Your experience reaching Windpoliticians Septic by telephone or another contact method
- The way your personal information was handled
- Website information that seems confusing or incorrect
- The conduct of a provider you reached through our service
When the Concern Involves a Provider
Providers in our network run independent businesses. Their quotes, prices, work and customer service are their responsibility. For a problem with septic, sewer line or plumbing work, it usually makes sense to start with the provider. Keep a written record of the issue and your contact with them.
Please tell us about the concern as well. Your feedback helps us maintain an honest network. Providers with repeated shortcomings may be removed. Windpoliticians Septic cannot resolve contract disputes, refund a provider's work or decide matters on that provider's behalf.
What to Include in Your Email
Send your complaint to contact@windpoliticians.living. Please include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted Windpoliticians Septic or the provider
- Which telephone number or form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened and what action you would like us to take
How Your Complaint Is Reviewed
An email acknowledgment will follow, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened and may contact the provider as part of that review. Our reply will explain the findings and any action we are taking.
Asking for Another Review
If our response leaves you dissatisfied, reply and request another look. You may also approach your state's consumer protection office, attorney general or local Better Business Bureau. For concerns involving licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may offer help too.
